i put my engagement ring on a necklace around my neck while i workout or do anything else when it may get damaged (and i tuck it into my sports bra when i run or it smacks me in the face LOL!) not sure if thats too girly for guys to do haha

thanks for all your suggestions! i wish the crosstrainers had tvs in them the treadmills do but i hate the treadmill i find that i burn wayyyy more calories on the crosstrainer as much as i hate it haha might try the podcast thing or maybe i could steal my kids portable dvd player that straps to the headrest of the car n…

i do have a constant battle with being scared to eat, i was bulimic at once stage many years ago and i must say it has been hard work keeping my self on a healthy path and not revisiting that very bad stage..

thanks everyone for your replies and congrats :) makes me feel a lot more comfortable to just have a good time. i think i will just work out hard the next few days do a work out the morning before and then just have fun!

I can definitely see the difference there, I can see your collar bones and your lower stomach is much smaller as is your waist well done and keep it up you should be very proud!
