I here you. Am watching TV now my hubbys eating a family bar of chocolate my daughters eating sweets & chocs and to keep me from temptation of got a packet of sugar free chewing gum ha ha It works for me. I just chew chew chew and do some sit ups or get busy cleaning or siomething. By the time am done the sweets are eaten.

Help Am starting to get worried. My weigh in was Monday am I havent lost any week this week. Lost half and inch of hips and waist so that good but maybe I should increase my training.

Hi laurs2 am new started Monday. Well done with yr exercise. I am weight training for 1 hr 2 or 3 times per wk, and Jogging round my park which takes 9 mins every morning. Have managed 4lb loss so far. So it's good to know that am not the only one out there training ha ha. What's yr goal weight?
