  • Hi there, are you getting enough rest? Are you staying hydrated through your workout and throughout the day? Both of these things are very important to help keep you at your best level for what you need to get through the program. Feel free to add me we can help push each other along.
  • I think the ones from last week will do just fine :) I do mine every 30 days as well.
  • I did just the program and nothing more. I don't see why you couldn't add more running or weights if you feel like you need to. I would agree and just listen to your body as you'll know how far you can go. Enjoy!
