I downloaded the 5k Faster app that helps improve your 5k pace. So we'll see how that goes. Also going to start Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred because I know I need to start incorporating some strength training.

Unfortunately, just a granola bar. Had to run to the doctor this AM and only had time to eat a granola bar on the fly. Brought some yummy snacks though! Carrots and hummus, string cheese and an apple.

I'm 5'8" and I always eat at least 1500 a day, but I don't always net 1500 a day. Some days are more, some are less, you know how it goes. But I've consistently been losing at least a pound (sometimes two) a week. I would say give it a go for a few weeks and if you're not losing or even gaining, go down to 1400 or 1350. I…

We like to make our own whole turkey, and then slice it up for lunch meat. It's a little more time consuming, but sooooo good! You can season it however you'd like (maybe Mrs. Dash seasonings).
