I do a lot of turkey meatballs. Pulverize oats, baby bell mushrooms, parm, egg white, and spices you like. Shape and bake in the oven.

I just purchased 100% Veggies Sweet Corn at Costcos and tried it today. Pretty tasty for only 40 cal/12 g (1/4 cup). Added a nice crunch.

The best I can offer is to add cooked butternut squash to your recipe to reduce the amount of pasta consumed. You'll never know its there.

Love it roasted in slices then use it in wraps as a base layer. It takes the place of mayo or other fatty sauces. Also cube it and add to low cal soups.

I made this soup yesterday with the following changes. Roast cauliflower, zucchini, eggplant in the oven to increase depth of flavor. Add one sweet potato, lg can of tomato juice, low sodium bouillon, and enough water to make it 20 1 cup servings. This will be about 80 cal/cup.

This is the best option for me. I cut the squash in half and roast in the oven misted with Pam and sprinkled with Lowry's garlic salt.

Steel cut oats (groats) are very versatile. I prefer mine plain, but you could add fruit, cinnamon, nuts, milk, etc for variety.

Sub Laughing cow light Swiss wedge for cheese. 35 calories of creamy goodness. Add to whole wheat noodles for faux Alfredo.

Creamed spinach using almond milk and laughing cow cheese wedge. Even my DH liked it and he does not like too many veggies. :)
