One top of exercising... Drink lots of water not 8 (8oz) but half of your body weight in ounces of water. Water is how fat celles vacate your body when it breaks down- you "pee" out brokendown fat cells. Have good fats like avocados, flax seed oil, virgin coconut oil.

Hey we all have our good "bad" favs. Mine is McDonald's double cheesburger with extra pickles (which is depending on the McDs is 3 instead of 2 lol)... Congratulations on your victory. Small adds up faster than you know it. In the beginning I would lose slowly but now over time (2yrs on MFP) I am down 126lbs. Good work don't quit.
