i completely agree-- i am the girl who eats salads at every meal. i have also eaten jenny-o's turkey burger with avocado and a lil feta cheese with a big old salad for breakfast. i tend to eat most of my calories earlier in the day and lighten up as the day progresses.

Stevia is a root sweeter the best/healthier versions found at health food stores or Wholefoods. The mass produce version on the market now is Truvia. Twila try adding an extra ounce of protein at breakfast/lunch and also try adding good fats, rather than just adding more fruit. I would keep the fruit the same and up the protein.

I agree. Eating too few calories and not enough good fats actually have a negative effect on weight loss.

one more thing i recommend hearty greens, like baby or mixed greens, arugula and or kale. iceberg and romaine just don't add up in my opinion.

It's not uncommon for some of us that our body adjusts after every 20-30lbs lost. My theory is our body is re-setting it self. Be gentle with your spirit and don't get discouraged. Stevia from a plant. Splenda chemically produced. A lot of new research on the issues of body's reaction to splenda. But even with stevia I limit and sometimes I use sugar ( the body knows how to breakdown these natural forms rather than the chemical stuff)
