My goal this week has been to prepare all my meals, or at least eat healthy when I do go out.. Last night was my first time going out and that was to Subway, I forgot to take the ground turkey out to defrost. SW: 255 lbs. GW: 215 lbs. Goal #1 Sept 23: 245 lbs. Goal #2 Oct 23: 235 lbs. Goal #3 Nov 23: 225 lbs. Goal #4 Dec 23: 215 lbs. I know I am late to the challenge but any additional motivation to keep doing would be greatly appreciated. I know we all can reach our goals with encouragement from others.

Hey ladies, I have been natural for about 4 years now. I usually wear my hair in protective styles. I am just starting to let my hair grow out because its just easier to manage at a shorter length. I use shea butter, coconut oil, aloe vera gel and Giovanni Leave in Conditioner.
