This is my goal. To lose 110lbs. It is so motivating to see what I may potentially look like. Even though i'm a good 5" shorter. Haha. But thank you so much for posting this! You look amazing by the way :)

i found a website call Zumbacalories.com where you put in your weight, how long your work out was, and the intensity. When i put in my info and it tells me i burned 697 calories after a 60 minute mid intensity work out. Zumba fitness: feel the rush said i burned 221. i don't know which to believe. i'm leaning more toward…

YES! very unfair. all of my friends are like that and they laugh at me when i ask them if they realize how many calories their eating. it's easy to say that i'm the heaviest out of my friends, but not for long! :)
