  • It was a decent amount, yeah.. I'm 5'9. I started out at 215 lbs, which is pretty heavy considering my height. After the 2 months, I was 150.. I probably had around 8-9% bodyfat at that point, so I didn't have *too* much fat left to burn beyond that point.
