  • Im 23 years old, small waist, wide hips and thighs. 5'7" SW 180 CW 170 GW 145 Any tips on how to slim out a "thick body"? I dont want to lose curves but i do want to lean out more. I am doing a high protein low carb meal plan and doing high cardio and weights 5-6 times a week
