  • Hi I finally got started again today. As I said I did it before a few years ago so the moves felt really familiar. I think I might still to the Learn and Burn one more time thought to properly settle in. We should check in here as I really like having other people to check in with.
  • I totally understand what you mean. I am restarting after years so I am planning to do the Learn and Burn and the 20min workout till Monday and then start the routine. That way you can get the moves down and start fresh on Monday. Also don't get discourage if you can't do the routine perfectly straight away. As others said…
  • I would probably do the Learn and Burn a couple more times but don't stress too much. You will pick it up eventually but maybe a couple of times to focus on the correct form might help.
  • Yes I always go for Whole Earth one too...I did try Meridian Peanut Butter recently but I didn't like it as much.
  • You don't have to stick to the diet plan. You could use it as inspiration maybe? Also you could still use the oly bar just do a back squat instead of the goblet squad and same for the deadlift.
  • Well what I meant by that is that I am sure they are making loads by selling their books already so i doubt he comments on a Facebook group simply to improve the sales of his wife's book...maybe the newer books are just a bit more rounded and he wants to promote them obviously.

  • I don't actually mind step ups that much...I only don't like them because they do take a bit of time to do but I like how I can feel them working my legs!

  • Its important to get the one with no added sugar or salt...normally found in wholefood shops not just the standard supermarket one.
