  • I know it is not hard to come up with a schedule but I just thouhgt I'll ask if someone has done this before and has a schedule that worked for them....no harm in asking you know...
  • You should avoid heavy cardio type exercise as the sweating is not good for the new tattoo. You should try and keeo it dry apart form the cream. The swelling should go down soom. I got a new one yesterday too :-) I am doing X3 and luckily I am in recovery week so not too much sweating.
  • Check out Body Beast by Beachbody. It is a at home workout that uses dumbbells. It looks interesting and ladies get good results with it. Don't let it scare you off that it seems to be marketed more towards men :-)
  • I would highly recommend P90X3. I am at the end of week 3 and I am amazed at the changes I can see already. My core muscles are really hard and my belly has shrunk. I feel great. I also love the variety that P90X3 offers. I really can't see myself getting bored with it at all. I really love it and I am so glad I started it!
  • I always drink Vodka and soda..ususally with lime. The drink is only about 50 cals so even if you have 5 it's only 250 cals...This works well for me.
  • Why not just let her be happy with what she got...no matter where the 2 kilos loss come from...If it is a motivator great...why would you join this thread only to be negative...
  • I would also suggest P90X3. I am in week two and I love it! I have never completed P90X but I would say it is very similar. Just a shorter and more up to date version. I am sure you can find infomercials on youtube.
  • Thank you for the input. I am just under 5"7 and weigh 175lbs so definitely still a bit to lose. In my calculations I put myself as sedentary which a big part of my day is and then I use a HRM while I am exercising and add them on top. Usually that gives me about 1800 to eat (300 cals from exercising) and as I said this…
  • I can feel your pain. I do get it too...It is rally frustrating and I think a lot of the people commenting here do not get the point. I had a lot of tests and scans and until now no cause has been found. I am due an endoscopy soon and will see what that'll bring. I am now gluten free and that seems to help. I get…
  • What kind of results did you get with T25? You look great! Well done!
  • That's an interesting thought and I can see your point in regards to the health benefits...I wonder why they only apply to men though?
  • Thank you all for the informative and helpful input! It just kind of confirms what i was thinking. I don't have any issues currently with sticking to my daily calorie allowances and I suppose if that works I have no need to change it. So I think for now I will give it a miss. I do like it as a possibility for maintenance…
  • Hello all Today was Week 2 day 2 for me meaning Total Body Circuit. It was my first time as last week I didn't manage to get it in. It was really hard but I like it! I do like circuit workouts. I do modify a lot as my knees are week so I can't really jump. I do still push and burned 264 cals plus currently trying not to be…
  • I know it's off topic but I can back you up...I was a bit apprehensive to join the Facebook group as I knew it's run by a coach but I find it very encouraging and it never felt like I am made to buy any additional products or anything like that...It's a great group... I am on day 4 and really like the program! It's hard…

  • You must be the best motivator ever :-)
  • I think it can be reset...I have seen other people mentioning it...I am not very good at logging ;-) Check the technical thread or search for it
  • I am currently seeing a counselor because of a long term issue but recently I have been feeling especially fragile and upset. My counselor said to me that this can happen during weight loss as for many of us gaining weight is an emotional issue. Often we put on weight to gain something like an emotional shield. So once we…
  • Thank you for your reply! I appreciate it. I will check out the website you have mentioned. I suppose once I reach my goal weight I will try out what works best for me.... And actually it's not me in my profile pic...It is Marilyn Monroe
  • How long did it take you to lose the weight? It's a great loss!
  • Hi all I am in my first week of the classic cycle and I am still trying to work out if it is the right thing for me. I do like the idea of carb cycling but I am vary of starting yet another "diet" only to fall of the agon and gain all and more back...I will give it a go for a bit and see how I feel! It would be great to…
  • How long did it take you to lose the 38lbs? And you look amazing!
  • I suppose that is a good way off seeing it....I was just wondering if people would recommend it and what kind of experiences people have with it and with coming off it...
  • Sorry I can't help much but I would like to see the replies too :-)
  • Thank you very much! :flowerforyou:
  • I know how you feel...I had the same today that I realized I am just out of the obese range it is maybe a small thing but it makes me feel so much better about myself! Congrats! :flowerforyou:
  • Thank you so much for the input! It is such a pain to have weak knees but I will look into it now that you said it is still good with the modifications! Again thank you!
  • Hi all I hope you don't mind but I have a question for you doing T25. I would love to give it a go but I have very weak knees. So jumping and all that is not really good for me. Would it still a good program to do even though I would have to modify a lot of the moves? Any input would be welcome! Thank you!
