Lift heavy and i was sceptical all along.

omg, so i was afraid to stop cardio n just lift ..i did seriously and i lost 2kg in 3 days ....i am suprised.... i know it is fat gone...so xcited... nothing special just bench pressing, squatting,deadlifting, lat pull downs, bicep curls n push ups (girly p
ones.)..i am. loosing fat...i am very happy

    Heavy lifting is awesome but I'm pretty sure you haven't lost 2kg of fat in 3 days, sorry.

    Heavy lifting is good. Cardio is good. A mix of both is best.

    Your weight will fluctuate and adjust new stimulus which explains the weight change. You've likely not dropped 2kg of fat unless you just skipped eating for 3 days.

    Why not just let her be happy with what she got...no matter where the 2 kilos loss come from...If it is a motivator great...why would you join this thread only to be negative...
