Hi my name is Bonnie from Wisconsin I lost 50lbs about 5yrs ago and I have gained 15lbs back and it is really hard this time around. I sure hope I can do it. My weight five yrs ago was 190lbs so it can be done. But it sure is easy to put it back on. Bonnie from Wisconsin
