  • I go through those times where I feel so hungry that I would eat anything. I had one of those days yesterday. Typically, to avoid this, I plan my menu a day in advance so that I know what I am going to consume and when. I even try to plan out my exercise. So far it is working for me; however, it is really one day at a time…
  • I take visalus shakes in the morning and night and they taste so good. They are working for me for sure.
