Thanks everyone. I am sure it's a fairly minimal difference, but even a few calories add up as we all know. I really didn't expect it to change all that much from raw to cooked since I remove all fat, and there isn't usually much that cooks off after that, but it was an oz shy of half it's original weight basically.
