Look up calorieking.com or get the book it has restaurants listed and calorie count for many favorites. I use it all the time. Also many of the chains are now putting cal. Count on the menu.

I have a glass of low fat milk and a cookie most every night. I have also been trying some of the low fat low cal. recipes people share on here. Its ok to snack just count the calories.
