I pushed through until day 5 when I literally couldnt move so I took a day off bc my form was going downhill when I was doing the video. So after that "rest" day I was back on it and felt fine!

135..im 5'6. I was 138.5 in september and felt "skinny" and then I let things get out of hand :(

I know that telling people, especially co-workers that I am on a weightloss/get fit journey helps me stay motivated! eventually they ask how im doing and give compliments as they see changes. Goal right now is 5lb before thanksgiving! I am going on my honeymoon in 3 days on an all inclusive cruise :) so I will try to be good when im gone and catch up when i get back...at least they have a gym and running track!

just filled up my liter bottle. I tend to drink 2 or more liters per day. and it keeps your skin clear :)
