March Madness for me is to stay on track and lose @ least 10 pounds in March. I have a goal to exercise hard 2x's per day 5 days a week and exercise once on Sat and Sunday My main goal is to lose 20lbs by the time my birthday rolls around which is May 7th, I will be dirty 30ty as they say!!!!!!

Great job I am in the same boat did you do some special exercises or cut out something in particular because I would like to make it to a small as well and stay there!

I am beginning this program on the treadmill next week I am excited, I use to run the track when I was in high school and kept the weight off really well.

I would first of all like to say that you look wonderful and second of all per BMI you are in the healthy range for your height. My opinion is you may want to check your body fat% and just try to maintain eat to be healthy not lose any more weight, but if you want to lose weight eat more and eat your exercise calories back…

Johnny Carinos sodium is out the map and so is the calories, salads there are 700+ calories that is ridiculous.
