CW:236 GW:145 I took a quiz yesterday and it said I was 77lbs overweight but that is not as close as I want to my goal, as of 4/15/2012 I will take measurements and start over again getting back on the right track, eating to nourish and exercising.

My opinion of your horrible story is let your haters be your motivators to get healthy and lose all the weight you want to, I do not know why your sister is so focused on making you miserable except to say she is not happy with herself. Keep at it the final product of what you are to become is better than the mixture.

My goal weight is 145 which I have a long way to go but I want to make sure I do not look skinny I want to be toned and more muscle than fat! Healthy weight for my height and body type is 128-160 so I want to be in between that:)
