    Ok, I trusted you,went out and bought some shirataki. I prepared them the way you stated. Washed them several times, dried them well. Then I cooked them in a hot pan to dry out more. Removed them. Then I cooked my veggies, then added the noodles back in with a bit of lite Soy sauce. They ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    My first attempt and I am hooked. I was thinking of trying them Italian style and did a search and found this post. I am so excited, I think I am going to do this tonight. I am going to use veggie burger crumble and mushrooms, onions and tomatoes and seasoning. I cant wait.

    This looks yum- got to try harder to find these noddles. I live the fact it looks large and filling.

    Sound fab I usually use beansprouts in everything to bulk it out. I have just phoned my local Chinese supermarket and they sell them but call them Connayuku noodles. Going to get them for dinner tonight to have with turkey breast in a stir fry.mmmmm

    I found them in the health food section of my supermarket.

    Hi I have just bought them today from the Chinese supermarket, will give it a go. Also some Tesco's sell them I have emailed them a query to see if the one by me does.
