I could not get over the smell of these noodles! My mother loves them and talks all about the dishes she gets to enjoy, while I pay 100s of calories for a tiny bowl of spaghetti. But, by the time I'm done rinsing them, I've lost my appetite.
    Any tips?

@mlouise143 couldn't you boil them in a homemade stock with lots of flavours to enhance the taste of them? I've never tried them myself, and I can understand where you are coming from in regards to a little amount, versus taste.

I *love* tofu shirataki noodles and eat them at least once per day. If you rinse them well and dry-fry them, as I described, they taste fantastic.

    -Chelle

I did exactly this once before, rinsed well, dry fried them and then added veggies for a stir fry. they were so disgusting!! The texture was too rubbery...reminded me of squid or something
