Try to look into herbalife shakes they are made from natural ingredients and I did not find in mercury on the label!!!!!

I want to get to 145, right now I am at 235, I was 144 before I had children, so I look forward to getting it back down.

I try not to eat my exercise calories and eat between 1200-1400 calories per day and I drink at least 80oz of water, and my pounds have been peeling off.

I definitely have this problem as well I know that no matter what I do I will always have hips and a butt, that's just the way God made me, you may be able to tone it so you can bounce a penny off it but it's not going anywhere so Love Yourself, and move on.

I will have one weekend out of the month as my cheat days so that I can stay on track and definitely not indulge so much over those 2 days that all my hard work for the month has been but to shame.
