Almond Milk is WAY good. Just don't try to make pudding with it. It does not work...I use it in my coffee with sugar free caramel syrup and a tiny bit of splenda instead of creamer. It has saved me a good 200+ cal a day alone.

I have been the calorie natzi since starting this a week and a half ago.....I had lost a few pounds, but am SUPER frustrated as I have stayed right on track and have supposedly gained 1.6 lbs over the weekend. There is NO WAY that can be. Maybe I am drinking too much water? I am up for the challenge :happy:
