thanks guys, i know i try really hard and then blow it one day.....I need to stick to it if i actually want to lose weight. Its frusterating to complain about it to others bc they are always like u don't need to lose weight, but i have pounds to loose and I know that!! especially in my legs!

I would love motivation!!! anything to help! I have a hard time doing cardio too, i usually run 30-45 min and then do another form of cardio to finish my cardio! but really should be pushing myself harder. My hardest thing is staying under 1200 calories!! any suggestions?!?
