  • Daily Post: Thursday Track: Yes Calories: just barely under Exercise: went for a nice long family walk today. It was chilly but felt nice to get out. Day: Food wasn't so great and barely made it in my calorie allotment but still made it. Weigh in day tomorrow for me 🤞
