Some women may grow tired of the gelatinous lump in front of the computer screen and will trade them in for a man who will take them out for a steak dinner.

I'd rather have all of the facts before I married someone. Trust can be overrated. One day a father was suspicious of his adult son and asked to look inside a small trunk inside the son's bedroom. The son replied, "Dad, if you don't trust me to have to have a cubic foot of personal space then that is messed up." (or…

I would dump him and let him focus his money and attention on getting you back. It sounds like he takes you for granted. If this turns out to be some kind of compulsion that he can't give up then I would break up for good. ( I would also continue to breach his privacy so I could make an informed decision about whether I…

Vegan and Bacon are on opposite ends of a spectrum. Why not try to add some more vegetables to your meals and go meat free a couple of days a week. Most vegans I know had been vegetarians for a long time before making the switch. I could never do it because I not only love meat, but also eggs, butter, and cheese. My…

I have 14 year old twin boys and they have more stretch marks than I do. They grew tall very quickly and got stretch mark across their backs. Stretch marks aren't a big deal.

Eat more protein and start working out. Don't worry about your weight either way.

In the video I think they use 3 lb weights. I found this too light. I used 5s and 10s depending on the exercise.

I try not to eat foods with added sugar/sugar substitutes and I don't put sugar in my coffee. I still eat lots of fruit. I stopped tracking sugar.

I love the KSO Trek. They are leather and don't get smelly but are still washable.

Since it was only a one week kick-start - see how you feel after your rest day. Next week your workouts are reduced so see how you feel then. Make sure you are drinking enough water.

My sister is the same height as me and looks her best at about 140 lbs.

I'm 5'2 and weigh 116lbs. My goal is 114 (maybe a little less). I started on MFP at 128. My highest (non-pregnant) weight was 135. My lowest weight was around 100 lbs when I was 18 and going to the gym.

I do this and it works for me. I eat to maintain (set to sedentary) then exercise. It works for me I am losing slowly again. I am only 2 lbs from goal. I found when I added in exercise cals I would fiddle with the numbers too much. This makes it easier to see how it goes...if I don't lose I will eat a bit less or if I have…

I agree - however the OP is doing half hour walk/runs which do not burn that many calories. Training for a half-marathon and heavy lifting would require hundreds more calories a day so your experience is not the same as hers. Also, she never reached a plateau when eating less. Your plateau may have been water retention…
