Take a week off and eat the same.

Does a cubic inch of muscle take up less space than a cubic inch of fat?
-
True. A cubic inch of muscle takes up the same room as a cubic inch of fat. You need a constant to make either claim. However, I don't think it is a big deal to say weighs more or takes up less room than fat. Most people understand that a constant measure is implied and it simply means a more muscular person will look…

I think after reading this most people would be afraid to help you, even if you were struggling. I hope people don't stop being helpful for fear of offending someone.

I didn't just mean hurt in the physical sense - just simply something occurring to the man's detriment. I guess when someone tries to help me I do not see it as peacocking just because it is a man, I see it as nice (even better if they call me Ma'am). Nonetheless, I prefer peacocking to men who are total drips. Men are…

It makes you happy to see someone injured when they try to help you? Why?

I am used to men helping with heavy stuff and I appreciate it.

I think "fat" looks better than "chubby" in these pictures.

Hold in your stomach whenever you think of it. You can lie on your back and raise one leg at a time or march (high knees). I wouldn't try planks yet.

They can be found not criminally responsible... I don't think we can blame anyone for having an illness, but it is crazy to think that we can control someone's illness by our own actions.

Sometimes actions speak louder than words. He took things into his own hands (literally) and doesn't sound like he was much of a friend or lover. I wouldn't wait around for his excuses. If you want to gamble with the person you love, you must be prepared to lose them. There are some things that you can't talk your way out…

I think what you put up is akin to putting up a Paula Deen recipe as an example of how not to eat.

This is fitness site (and a weight loss forum), akin to an alcoholic going to a bar. I don't think the crowd should refrain from drinking in front of him. It would be up to him to avoid such places if they were triggers.

This site is for adults, I appreciated the info as I have kids and like to be made aware of what may be promoted on the internet. There is more than one way be anorexic. My grandmother has anorexia and eats very little (sometimes just dry bread) and walks. Please don't take this as a step-by-step guide. If you have…

I would think that there would be all kinds off triggers on a site where the majority of people are trying to lose weight. There are alcoholics on this site and people talk about alcohol, there are those with food addictions too...

I plan my meals and make sure to include lots of stuff that I like within my calorie limits. I eat lots of protein and fruit/veg. I drink different flavor herbal teas (like chocolate mint) in the evening when I don't want to eat anymore. I don't eat chips. I find when I watch what I eat I enjoy food even more. Have a cheat…

I'd consider it cheating (and creepy) if he went to a strip club alone and ordered lap dances. I think that is different than going with a bunch of friends.
