Hi, I'm 5'2 and I am 34. On Nov 1st I weighed 129 and today I weigh 120. I have lost about 9 lbs in six weeks and I went from a size 8 to a size 4. I have only lost 8 lbs but I have gone form a size 8 to a 4 (some are too big). I am pretty short though, 5'2 and I have done the 30 day shred and I am on the last week of ripped in 30.

Isn't cup size dependent on band size? I wear a 32D and the volume of the cup is equivalent to a 34C or a 36B. My bra size hasn't changed but I have only lost 8 lbs. I also find my boobs get fuller before my period.

Procrastination...I exercise, waste time on MFP and plan meals to put off doing school work (law school).

I like them both but the last workout in SI6 is an hour and all of the 30DS shred workouts are about 25 mins. Jillian is higher impact and uses more weights.

Congrats on your loss! You could try heavier weights this time around and switch to the lighter ones if they are too heavy for some of the strength exercises. You could do the cardio with the light weights if you want but I would just do the cardio as it is.

I'll weigh in today because it is the last day of the month. SW: 129 CW: 122.4 GW: 122 I stuck with my goal of exercising 6x per week (finished 30DS and am now on week 2 of RI30). I drank a bit more than I intended. December will be a bit harder but my goal is to be 119 by Christmas.
