Last night I decided to add some excercise in during the commericals of the two shows that I watch every week. I am doing it ontop of the other excercise, doing anything that comes to mind. Whatever you are doing for you workouts change it up. YOur body might be too use to the routine and if you change it up and some intense workout you may get over your plateau. good luck

Ok so a treat that I like to make for me and the children is one graham cracker sheet, broke in two 2 tablespoons of free whipped cream 2 strawberries mixed in the cream place in freezer and makes and good low cal treat.

There is nothing wrong with one a day. The thing that they say about diet soda is that if you drink too much on a regular basis it gives that sweet taste in your mouth and you will crave more sweets.
