Thank you for posting this. I am glad that you was not driving that would have been a very bad outcome. I have been doing this couple days a week eating about 1000 to 1100 cal a day. like today lol I usually don't work out the days that I do this but it is good to keep in mind so nothing bad happens. thanks again

This is what I am doing alot of lately. Looking at comparison photos. I take a picture and I look at it like that is not me. The lighting is making me look thinner. My mental perception of myself has not caught up to the newer self image staring back at me in the mirror. You look like a different person. Great Job!!!…

Its a workout dvd set that promised to get you butt in shape with just exercises and a dumbbell set and a pull up bar. I have not tried it but I have heard good things for it. As far as keeping a variety of work out dvds, I think that netflix would be a good idea for you. They have it where you can get the dvds sent to you home and you can view many different videos that you can watch instantly on you computer. Well I have not workout for a week nor have I completly watched what I ate. I weigh myself in the morning and yep in the birthday suit as close as I can get to it being the scale is in the kitchen,lol, no blinds. I say anything goes that makes you feel better when you have to hop on that scale.:bigsmile:
