I've logged on here a while back. Did really well on the eating healthier and doing at least a little bit of exercise here and there. But somehow life caught up with me and for the last month, month and a half I've slacked of pretty bad.
Now It's time for a new start. Starting tomorrow I will again start to watch what I eat, start exercizing most daily and hopefully by this time next year I'll be at my goal weight and happy
I started today by getting more healthy food like fruits and vegetables. And I ate a normal size dinner. Starting tomorrow morning, I will start doing the 30 day shred in the mornings and some other exercise in the afternoon or evening.
Hopefully this time I can actually stick with it and get the support and motivation I need.

I always think it's VERY motivating to check out the before and after pics in people's profiles who have lost 30 pounds or more! WOW, what a difference in their appearances! (mine too if you'd care to look!) :noway: :happy:0
