:tongue: Hi to everyone! My best friend recommended this site to me since I'm trying to lose weight from having my second baby 3 weeks ago. She swears by this site and all the terrific support she gets. Good luck to all.

    I am also very new, as of yesterday. I am already addicted to tracking calories, so I hope you find this site very useful. My baby is 11 months :)

    wow to my surpise this site is very helpful! i didnt know how much calories i was eatin till today! i plan to get on track tomorrow and stick with it!

    Hi all! I have just joined tonight-I have been doing the Chalene Extreme workouts for 2 months and results have slowed so I'm thinking its my food...one of the girls on the beachbody boards recommended this sight for tracking-so far looks awesome!! Fingers crossed

    Between the easy to use food counter (which by the way is SUCH an eye opener!) and all the wonderfully supportive members, you WILL be able to lose the weight that you want to, AND, it'll "almost" be easy doing it!
    I recommend logging ALL your foods BEFORE you have them, rather than later, as it tends to lead to better food choices. (not to mention you'll know if you've got enough numbers left to have a night time snack, like I ALWAYS try to do!) Some people also like to weigh and measure some things, such as meats, rather than just estimating and possibly being WAY off! :noway:
    Also, drink LOTS of water, it REALLY DOES help! :drinker:

    Hi I'm some what new to this I joined a few months ago but got sick and stopped doing it. Last time I lost 10 pounds right away but sadly gained it all back. I'm a new mother that gained 40 pounds during my pregnancy, so I'm hoping to lose all 40 and then some! Well good luck to all!:flowerforyou:
