I am just starting my journey again after having my last baby May 2014. I had C-sections for all three of my babies. I'm hoping that getting back down to 150-160. From there I will decide how I feel about my belly. Surgery is an option for me but only once I'm back into my goal weight.

My interpretation of clean eating is avoiding overly processed foods. I try to follow a 5 ingredient max and I want to be able to pronounce those ingredients too. If i wouldnt cook with it in my kitchen then i dont want it. It's lots of whole fruits and veggies and whole grains.

I am not a supporter of meal replaces because I feel they don't teach you how to eat properly, however, I do love my visalus shakes. I add so much to them, fruits and veggies, that I know I am still getting great nutrition out of them. I also snack on healthy foods and have a delicious meal with my family every day that is…
