I always save a few extra calories for my night time sweet cravings. My favorite snack is Kelloggs Rice Krispies Treat. The marshmellow cream satisfies my sweet tooth craving and for only 90 calories I don't have to feel guilty about having that after dinner sweet treat! :wink:

Here we go! Let's do this together! CW- 160 (using my house scales instead of gym scales, which always adds a few lbs. for clothing) GW- 150 (for the end of February) Waist-34 Hips-42 Thighs-20 Arms-12 I do 60 mins. cardio 4-6 times a week, adding treadmill back to my routine this month and daily walks (weather permitting).

I LOVE Just Dance 3! During the Winter months when I can't walk outside it is a great, fun workout. I go at least an hour and look like I have just stepped out of a sauna. What a great sweat workout! I log it under "dance, twist, modern" and MFP gives me 390 calories burnt, which seems pretty low to me since I sweat more…

We bought the Just Dance 3 this Christmas and I really enjoy it. I was wondering what do you log your exercise under when using Just Dance? I was putting mine under aerobics but the calories burned seemed low to me, because I could burn just as many walking 3.5 on the treadmill. I just seem to get a better all over workout…
