Maybe switch things up and do some strength training or yoga while you wait for your leg to heal? You'll feel like you are doing something and be less likely to push the injury before it has healed.

Absolutely love it. Love the intense work out and love the community aspect of it too. I figured i was doing some intense training when I was at my best weight and the only way i will ever get back there is to get back to some serious fitness goals.
