I have been on Weight Watchers for a long time - exercising and not eating any of those calories and yet the weight wouldn't budge! I realise now, since joining MFP, that I've been undereating for the amount of exercise I do! If I gain 300-400 calories a day from exercise, then I need to eat some of that. Since doing that,…

Once you do 3 classes a week - it won't hurt anymore! I have the knicks (padded bike shorts) but only wear them for 90 minute plus rides. In spin classes I don't need to. I guess my bottom is just used to it. Stick with it and your bottom will get used to it too! You'll also find that getting out of the saddle to ride,…

What is P90X ? I'm a variety person, not necessarily a schedule person, and so because I like variety, I will probably get the other DVDs too! I'm only up to Lv1 Day 5 yet, I can see it could get boring. I was thinking of just going to Level 2 and then switch again.
-
I love it too and bought my own spin bike for home use! My instructor even gave me a couple of his CD's so I have the right music on my ipod now too! The first class may be tough but I suggest you give a few a go and go at your own pace!!! You will build up and see the benefits in no time!

Yes it's great. You won't regret getting one.

Why Macadamias in the morning??? They are the fattiest nut around! I'd cut those out and just have them as a treat once a month if necessary. Fruit with oats is so much nicer and better for you :)

NO BREAKS! I'm still trying to undo last Christmas! Then there will be a birthday or some other occasion - that's how life is. All excuses which stop me from getting to goal. So this year, I will exercise (even on Christmas Day) and keep going, making every effort to get to my healthy weight range!

If you do a google search on the results of doing this for 30 days, you will find amazing before and after photos. I'm on Level 1 Day 4, although I did Level 2 on the third day just for variety. I didn't find Level 2 harder - just different. So I will keep going on Level 1 till I've done 10 days of it, then proceed to do…

It sounds like most of us weigh in on Fridays! So whoever will do the tallying can do it on the weekend? I lost 400g this week so Current Weight is 63.9kg I'm also doing the 30 Day Shred (for those who also mentioned it). Just completed Day 5 Level 1 Nice to be here with fellow Aussies!

I'm in too! Today is my Day 4 and my shoulders feel stronger already - probably from all the push ups! I'm still bike riding and walking (which I normally do) but I think the 30 Day Shred DVD, which I've had lying around for a couple of years, will make a big difference. Has anyone else done a google search on results for…

I don't see how you will see the results which others are obviously experiencing without doing it every day? That's why it is called 30 day Shred! I'm on Day 4 today and plan on doing it for 30 days straight without breaks. I'm still bike riding and walking, which I normally do. 20 mins a day is the least amount of…

Crystalhorn, yes I combine this with my normal exercise. Today I'm going for a bike ride for 90 mins, walking with a friend and doing the DVD. I've done 3 days and this morning my shoulders and arms feel strong as most of my other exercise is just for legs - so this is great! Looking forward to noticing more changes too.…

I've just completed Day 3. It's been humid here but I can't get over how much I sweat doing this DVD. It's great! My shoulders and arms are feeling stronger already. My legs were already strong from cycling but I do feel changes in my calves. I'm looking forward to seeing those changes you've all noticed from 10 days of…

I currently do a minimum of 300 mins a week of exercise but the challenge of 8 glasses of water a day??? Ohhh dear, that I will have to make an effort to do. I love water, but 8 seems to be hard to fit in. I guess if I'm full with water - I won't reach for food!!! Ok, I'm up for this  I love riding my bike but I've…

Welcome Jack! For those wanting to lose their baby fat - well my youngest is 12 and I'm still trying to get it off. So don't feel bad just keep aiming to get there (like I am) It seems like most of us like that 110 number. Ohhhh how I look forward to seeing it! I was 101 when I got married 20 years ago but no one…

:ohwell: I'm in Australia too! My starting weight is 141 lbs My goal is to reach 116 which would put me at the top of my healthy weight range. My ultimate goal would be 110 I'm 4' 11' and at 44 years old, I seem to have only small losses

Hi there, I'm 4' 11' so I must be the shortest here too! Well at least among other shorties :smooched:

Great job Oliveoil - thank you!!!

Empress, I weigh daily. It's great watching the numbers go down!

Yase, when I put in my exercise I earn more calories for the day. I'd suggest you eat those to aid your weight loss. My first week here (after doing Weight watchers for a year) and after eating SOME of my earned calories, I lost 1.1kg this week. If I don't exercise, then I'm only allowed 1200 like you, but I earn 300-500…

(Aiming for 200km in November) 2 Nov - 20km 4 Nov - 35km (I hope I don't have to convert this to miles!)

Committing to 200km this month. Sunny day here this morning so off I go!

My Starting weight first posted was wrong. I checked my records for last week. So Starting weight last week was 143.9 and weighing in at 141.5 so I lost 2.4. Very happy with that!!!

Do we post our weigh in results here???

Interestingly, I am also on 1200 and burned 800 yesterday. So total I should have eaten was 2000. I ate 1800 (as I didn't want more) and lost 2 pounds overnight. That never happens when I don't eat the calories I've burned!!!! Having said that, I think you should only eat them on the day you burn them. If I don't earn any…
