  • You may try to confuse your metabolism and give it a jumpstart. I eat a few extra calories (300-400) for 2 days and then return back to my goals (food and excercise) for 4 or 5 days. This may need to be repeated for a couple of weeks. This works for me, I've lost 72 pounds over the past year and have plateaued a few times.…
