This is not true. I do Insanity, which is cardio interval training, and if you go to Youtube and watch progress videos, a lot of those people get ripped, or at least lean muscle definition.

If you can't stick with the calories it gives you, I suggest re adjusting your plan to suit you. The less you weigh, the harder it is to keep losing weight, but you also want to stay healthy, so if your body needs the fuel, give it to it. Also, you can try switching your foods out for the low cal versions.

I'm 5'5" trying to reach around 110 by June. I'm currently teetering between 195 and 200.
