When I first started reading this post I laughed out loud. As I got to the end it has left me rather depressed. I have come the to the realization that I'm not even doing it right when I'm alone... Damn, more practice I guess.

I am much like Carl, I can NOT be behind any kind of semi carrying a load. Logs, apples, pipes etc. I really do not like to be between two semi's with a load either. I can not to go to a cemetary alone at night.

I weigh myself every morning at home. Once a week on the scale at work (that is what I use for MFP) For me it keeps me accountable. If I see that I gained it kicks my butt into trying harder, if I 've ost weight then I want to keep going. Win, win.

This was the first post I read this morning. Guess I should have gotten popcorn ~ I never thought it would still be going.

The problem is you haven't sat in the sauna for at least 30 minutes today and burned 900 calories. Come on... Great post!

Cheetos in Twinkies is awesome - I've given them up though. When I see someone with a tag sticking out of their shirt I have to tuck it in.

We have a refrigerator in our office. I have low fat/low sodium ham and turkey, sandwich thins, light mayo, lettuce & tomato that I keep on hand. Sometimes I also have light Progresso soup. Being honest, I use the "s" word too much. Mostly under my breath. I have a girlfriend who uses the "f" word all the time and it drives me nuts.
