When I corrected my meal names, my data came back...so I guess THAT problem is fixed for now. TY for posting. I needed all of these reminders as I'm going through this now. It's hard to be patient. I've lost the weight before, but then gained it all back for a variety of reasons. It's hard to let the past go, have patience, and focus on one day at a time. TY again. <3 And congrats on your journey!

Never make a sad face because you are starting over. The only thing that would be sad is if you quit & never tried again. Only THEN have you truly lost. Up and onward! Every mistake/step backward is another lesson learned, however small. You are doing JUST FINE. ;)

I've learned through trial & error that despite everything I've always heard, oatmeal does NOT keep me full. MY *perfect* breakfast is eggs (1-2) either scrambled or overhard, w/ 1-2 slices center cut bacon (preferably nitrate free), 1/2 an avocado and a grapefruit. That's just what works best for me.
