I don't sell it, but I have been using it for about 30 days. It is delicious and I highly recommend it. It isn't a silver bullet. It is simply a great way to manage your caloric intake without sacrificing nutrition. I replace two meals per day with it. I spend much less at the grocery store and eating out, which balances…

I love Body by Vi. It is a great way to control your calorie intake yet still get all of your nutrients. It also has a lot of protein and fiber so that you don't feel hungry in between.

one more thing. Spanx makes a very comfortable bra. Completely smooth, no lines. They even have underwire bras now. The other nice thing about Spanx is that it does stretch out, but goes right back to the original shape when you wash them.

They would be uncomfortable if they are too small. It is important to get the right size. They aren't intended to be a girdle. They should feel like a hug, not an ace bandage. :)

I wear a spanx camisole under most of my shirts/sweaters. It is very comfortable and it makes my clothes fit better.

So, I decided to go out to Web MD to see what they had to say. Your response is partially accurate, but not completely. This is what WebMD had to say: http://www.webmd.com/diet/rm-quiz-caffeine-myths "Caffeinated beverages do not generally contribute to dehydration. In the short term, caffeine may have a mild diuretic…

coffee would be better than diet soda due to the sodium content in soda.

coffee is low in calories, but the bigger issue is that it is a flushes water from your body. I have always been told as long as you aren't adding creamers and you compensate the same amount in water then you should be okay. It is the caffeine that causes the problem, no different than drinking other caffeinated beverages…

Years ago, when I was doing Weight Watchers, one of the speakers shared that she had the same issue. A trick that she used was when she was 'dying of hunger', she would heat up and force herself to eat her least favorite vegetable. In her case, it was green beans. She decided if she really was dying of hunger, then she…

The research that I have done says that in looking at total sugars in fruits, the highest sugar content are bananas, apples, grapes and cherries. The lowest total sugar content are avocados, tomatoes, lemons and limes. A great vegetable to get a good punch of protein and fiber is edamame, unsalted of course!! a half cup of…

Have you tried adding more high fiber fruits and vegetables to increase calories? I have always been told that it is okay to exceed protein because your body will discard the protein that is not needed. With the amount of exercise you are getting then extra protein is really, really important. 'm not a nutritionist, but I…

I have never been a fan of those kinds of products. The best way to lose weight is to control your calories, work out and drink lots of water. It is hard work, but the best way to lose and sustain the weight loss.

You can go in and change your nutrition goals to allow more sugar. When you do that, everything will adjust to accommodate more sugar in your diet. You can also increase your fiber intake goals, which will offset the fructose somewhat.
