I have similar goals. Got way out of shape over the past 10 years. Almost hit 300 and had a reality check. I would love to have lose skin because that would mean I lost a lot of weight. :-) Good luck to you!

1. Log everything and anything on MFP 2. Exercise 5-6 times per week 3. Forgive myself and immediately start over if I don't do steps 1 or 2.

To lose the weight, you should be working out and eating right. Find whatever exercise you like to do and just do it. Walking, dancing, running, swimming, exercise video's... It doesn't matter as long as you keep moving! And eating right.. :-) Good luck!

Try Zumba. It is a great Latin dance based workout.
