I've been wondering the same! I would like to make healthy, proper dinners every night, with fresh ingredients, but I don't have the money or the time as a grad student. I usually end up eating something either frozen or half-ready made, and of course somewhat processed.

I'm in a similar situation, as I got invited to a Thai restaurant tonight. I've just had lunch and I have 809 calories left on my budget for today. I dont mind going slight over budget since I've been several calories under my goal both yesterday and the day before. Like lilvixen84, I'm not much for spicy food :tongue:

The stress of work and school, not feeling like I'm doing enough on any level, is pretty demotivating. The distance does sound wrong. I did about 30 min on the elliptical the other day, and my distance was 3.62 km.

Hi Jenn! I'm new too and I already feel more motivated after 5 days on this site than every other diet I've ever tried! Like you, I'm usually only motivated for a couple weeks, then sort of fizzle out. But this site offers support, tips and lots of help! Feel free to add me as a friend for support!
