Thanks! It's not easy thats for sure, with my busy schedule it's hard for me to get exercise in so I changed a lot of my eating habits and eating the way and the amount I should have been eating :) Thanks for friend add :)

That's AWESOME!!! great to see your results so far as I am 5'4 and started at 236 and can compare on what I would look like at around 201, 12 more pounds to get to your 201. This sure helps with sticking to my goals, THANK YOU!!!
