  • I'm reading the Beck Diet Solution and highly recommend it. It has step by step ways to change your mindset and behavior around losing weight. The strategies for preventing and overcoming setbacks is really helping me stay on track.

  • I use the fitbit calorie goals to guide what I eat versus the MFP goals since Fitbit is recording my actual daily expenditure as opposed to an estimate which MFP goes by.   • My FT4 is ok so far but it SUCKS in the pool! I saw a few people excited to use it swimming and it may not be the fabulous answer that you are looking for. Mine frequently loses the HR when I'm in the pool which makes it pretty useless for recording calorie burn.

  • Your description is exactly what I was thinking. It is different and I am sore in different places. I like it OK. I think after I finish the shred I am going to do the P.I.N.K workout. I already have the DVDs but the meal plan seemed kind of hokey to me so I think I am just going to do the workout part.

  • I use them when I have a junk food craving. I really like the pizzas, paninis, pita & dips, and LOVE the Thai spring rolls. I don't eat them on a regular basis but they tame the cravings for sure.

  • I was trying to figure this out too. I went to the Polar site and the only thing I could figure out is that the FT7 says "fitness" and "Fat burn" but there has got to be more to it than that. I am wanting to buy one or the other.
