in home care and i live with the 90 year old and her son who is 50!!!so its pretty draining sometimes.but i enjoy it most of the time!!!

for me it was things kije not being able to tie my shoes or cut my toe nails and i went to six flags and could not ride the rides,and i was sick of being out of breath!!!

i drink 1 diet dr.pepper(i even drink a regular dr.pepper every know and then).and i think its alright in moderation!!i have a diet dr.pepper everyday damn near!!and i think if you want one drink one.its your diet and if you deprive yourself,ur liable to go over the edge.so drink what you like.if it is in ur calorie count…

i like to take my chicken breast and put the in a pan with pam,brown both sides and put in over at 350 the i measure out 2 tbs bbq sauce and bake about an hour.but every 15 minutes i put bbq on it ,lightly.and i make a salad or i fry 1 cup potato in pam,ud be surprzed how good it taste...

i eat 4 times a day.3 meals and i usally eat something before working out!!!!
