It happens. Just pick yourself up and do better. Think about winning the game not losing the 1st quarter.

Wow, congratulations on your weight loss. I bet it feels like a weight has been lifted from your shoulders, that's how I felt when I lost around 50 pounds this year. Good job!

Feel free to add me too.

Good job. Keep it up

Congrats! I can't wait for my next appointment, it has been since September since my last one.

I usually stay away from anything tempura (fried) or anything with mayo & cream on it. My favorites are salmon & tuna sashimi dishes, salmon hand rolls, chirashi bowl (sashimi & rice in a round bowl), and for appetizers seaweed salad along with miso soup and green tea.

Good job.

1. Finally dropped below 200 lbs. It has been 4 years since I have been below 200. 2. Was able to cook a healthy and great tasting lunch for myself. I didn't mess it up this time. 3. Went to the gym today on a Sunday without needing too much will power to force myself to go.

Bioengineering student here.. I'm just glad that I only have one semester left (it has been a tough road!). I try to think of going to the gym as a fun experience where I can release all my stress and give my brain a break from thinking so much all the time (deadlines, tests, quizzes, relationships, etc). I find it helpful…
