  • I have a book called "The Abs Diet". I only use it for the smoothie recipes in it. I use whey protein in them. I am the same as you, I am not hungary in the morning, but have to eat something to get your metabolism going.

  • I am totally in! I completed day 2 today and boy am I sore. I am more out of shape than I thought! I have heard that day 3 is rough because your body is more sore, so hopefully it will be a good day tomorrow and I won't have trouble! Thanks for starting the group sky!!
